The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and varies depending on the type of product.
- Five (5) years for alpine Bindings
- Three (3) years for winter sports outerwear, and Two (2) years for all products.

How do I open a warranty claim with Salomon?
- Fill out the request form online
- Our agents will process your request and inform you whether or not the warranty is eligible for replacement, repair or refund. This usually takes 48 to 72 hours.
