What are your delivery times and costs?
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. You may choose between UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air:
– UPS Ground: Free Shipping for S/Plus members. All orders will be shipped the same day or next day as warehouse volume allows.
– UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available for an additional cost. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.
The delivery date given at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays and weather can affect the delivery timeframe for express shipping and the shipping cost will not be refunded for any of these reasons.
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Which delivery service will deliver my order?
All orders are shipped with UPS.
In the United States we offer 3 shipping methods for most orders: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
We do not offer any US Postal Service shipping options and cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
